Service Description

Privaisy provides managed private AI infrastructure services, including deployment, maintenance, and support of AI systems on dedicated infrastructure for your organization.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data, prompts, and outputs. Privaisy claims no ownership over the content you process through our services. Our technology, infrastructure, and branding remain the intellectual property of Privaisy.

Limitation of Liability

Privaisy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued and your data will be returned or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
